I'm here again!

Madre mia ago looooong looooong time since public, he was liadísima with shooting, works (many of them involve shooting) and several tests. Finally finished but I still have time to cook / photograph anything (although during this period I have not stopped doing things, I have not had time to go taking pictures).

However, although (for now hehe ) not many people read me, I have a few ideas for outstanding publications that I would have liked to read not long ago when I started this the pastries and more seriously, because although I've always liked not going to make simple cakes and some other recetilla of a book that used to end in disaster. Based on search and search blogs and other pages I went aware of the types of yeast, the types of flour, sugar etc those things that seem simple but completely changing the outcome of a recipe, also from where to buy here in Madrid some baked goods that are not easily found in supermarkets and are very famous in the world such as Blogger Golden Syrup , Icing sugar Certain molds etc. ..
Within a couple of days will publish the first post about it, and if I can have recetilla .
